We have identified the issue with performance in the US Service region and have taken action to remediate. Users experiencing general slowness when navigating the web interface and loading workspaces should begin seeing an improvement of that experience. Document searching remains affected as recently uploaded documents are still processing.
We will continue to provide updates to this post as we monitor the remediation put in place.
