The NetDocuments US Service region will undergo a Scheduled Maintenance Window outside of regional business hours on Friday June 13, 2025 from the hours of 10:00 PM (Friday) to 1:00 AM (Saturday) EDT.
While the maintenance window will be from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM EDT, we only anticipate 60 minutes of possible downtime within that timeframe.
If you plan to be working on documents during the maintenance window, you can check out the documents before the maintenance window commences and use "Offline mode" in ndOffice. Your documents and any saved changes will be kept locally until you go back Online in ndOffice.

NetDocuments Support is currently experiencing issues with our Support phone system provider.
The third-party provider for this service is actively working on restoring the functionality. The NetDocuments Service is not affected by this issue.

The indexing issue with the US NetDocuments Service has now been resolved. Some documents that were uploaded during the disruption are still being processed, but performance has returned to expected levels.

We are currently investigating a recurring issue with the US Service. Users may experience issues with Search, general slowness or the inability to check documents in or out.
We will continue to provide updates to this post as the issue is investigated further.
Monitoring -
We have remediated the issue with performance in the US Service region and are currently monitoring the results. Users that experienced issues with search, general slowness when navigating to workspaces, or the inability to check documents in or out should be having an improved experience.
Documents indexed during the disruption may still be delayed, but the expectation is that indexing will be back to expected performance soon.
We will continue to provide updates to this post once the remediation is deemed reliable and the issue is considered resolved.
