Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with Smartview document previews and file details failing to load in the US Service.
All other features of the Service are functioning normally.
Opening documents directly via the web or through ndOffice is the recommended workaround to view documents until the issue is resolved.
We will continue to update this post as more information is available.
