Emails to support@netdocuments.com are now working properly. We are still working to restore ticket updates and ticket creations done while support@netdocuments.com was not functioning properly.

Emails sent to support@netdocuments.com are not currently being reflected in our support ticketing system. The support portal continues to function as normal for both creation of and responses to tickets at support.netdocuments.com. Please use the "Submit a Request" link at the top of the support page to submit a request. We are actively working to resolve this issue and will advise upon resolution.
