We’ve rolled back our R21 Release to R18 in order to mitigate the performance issues some Customers were experiencing. The Service is in a normal state. We made enhancements to R21 overnight, and while we are confident in those changes, we felt that R18 best represented the experience our Customers expect. We will continue to work through R21 as it delivers bug fixes and enhancements to the Platform. We have every intention of re-instituting that release and continuing our improvements to the Service. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our Customer Base and will continue our efforts around the release.

As referenced yesterday, our Engineering and Network Operations teams took action around the intermittent performance issues. The Service is at a normal state, but we are still actively monitoring the situation simply to ensure a positive experience.
