In our continued efforts to maintain and improve the NetDocuments Platform, we are planning to transition off our existing Cisco firewalls to new Palo Alto firewalls in Scottsdale on Saturday, May 29th beginning at 22:00 EDT (10pm) and continuing for one (1) hour to 23:00 EDT (11pm). The Service will be unavailable for one (1) hour and should resume normal operation at 23:00 (11pm), Saturday, May 29th. Please contact our Support Center regarding any questions.
