We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified

Some customers are reporting that documents are not checking out and the Netdocuments WebUI is responding slowly. This coincides with a sudden spike in our response times.

Our engineering team has identified the cause and is working to bring this back to normal.

We will update again in 15 minutes.
