Identified

We have identified an issue impacting a limited number of customers using the Mass Export Utility. Currently, users will experience an error when logging in to the utility and will be unable to use it to export documents. As a workaround, files are able to be downloaded via the web UI.

Remediation is expected to be live tomorrow, July 10th. If you require immediate assistance with critical export jobs, please contact our Support Team via the portal at https://support.netdocuments.com.
