In response to the hardware failure that led to the service issue on the evening of October 14 (
https://trust-us.netdocuments.com/incidents/9308972v1wv7), we will be conducting an Emergency Maintenance Window from October 17, 11:59 PM EDT until October 18, 6:00 AM EDT.
During this Maintenance Window, we will be replacing hardware in the US Service. There may be periods during the Maintenance Window when the Service is slow or unavailable. The status of the Service will remain as “Under Maintenance” throughout the Maintenance Window. Those who have subscribed to updates will be notified upon commencement and completion of the Maintenance Window.
